EXCURSIONS IN KARST

Explore the Karst and immerse yourself in its scents and colours, which change every season. Together with our Nature Guide, set off from the Cardo for an excursion on foot to discover the ancient Via Gemina in the rural Karst, with its small villages in the hinterland; visit the open-air museum of Monte Ermada, or reach Duino and the Rilke trail overlooking the sea.

BARCOLANA

Live the experience of the largest regatta in the world! Every second Sunday of October the Barcolana takes place in Trieste with the Barcolana Village and the final regatta. Experience the thrill of boarding one of the boats entered in the regatta or enjoy the spectacle of the arrival in front of Piazza Unità d'Italia, with the banks crowded with thousands of enthusiasts.
